Where do you service?

We currently service Downtown Orlando neighborhoods, College Park, Baldwin Park, Winter Park, and Maitland.

Zip codes: 32801, 32803, 32804, 32806, 32814, 32751, 32794, 32789, 32790, 32792.

Do I need to be home?

No you don’t. You can provide us with access to your home with a key, a door/garage code, or you can be there to let us in then leave if you like.

What about my pets?

We love animals! However, we ask that dogs be secured in a crate or room for the duration of our clean, simply so we can focus on cleaning. If this is not possible, please contact us in advance so we can discuss.

How can I pay?

You can book and reserve your appointment with a credit card. Don’t worry, the card is only charged after the service is completed. Credit card is our preferred method of payment, but we also accept cash and/or checks.

Can I add gratuity?

Yes. You can add gratuity when you book the appointment. You can also add gratuity after service is completed. Gratuity is only for the cleaner(s) that service your home.

What are your rates?

One Time cleanings or the first cleaning is billed by the hour ($45). Our Services page provides the average price it takes to clean a home your size.

For recurring cleanings we charge flat rates based on the size of the home to provide our clients with an all-inclusive cleaning service.

We base our pricing on the average time it takes us to clean homes of a similar size and the type of cleaning.

How do you ensure my home is safe?

Keys you provide us are coded with a number. The personal information you share with us online is encrypted. Our team of professional eco-cleaners are all bonded and have passed background checks and have been carefully trained to our cleaning standards. Our company is fully insured as well.

What do I have to do to prepare?

All clients must complete a Client Profile a minimum of 24 hours prior to their appointment, as well as read through and agree to our company policies (Service Agreement). General tidying of surfaces and clearing floors will allow the Ec Cleaners to spend more time cleaning, less time prepping, but if you don’t have time to tidy surface areas, we can do it for you.

What extras can I add?

You can add on to any service:

Fridge interior cleaning
Bed Making
Dishes
Cleaning glass doors from the outside

Is there anything not included?

We provide all the cleaning equipment and eco-friendly supplies. You can let us know when you book online if you’d like to use your own vacuum or your own eco-friendly products.

Is there anything you don't do?

We cannot clean pet waste. For everyone’s safety we do not clean with bleach. Instead, we us a Kosher Certified disinfectant cleaner which kills 22 different types of viruses, fungi, and bacteria, Also, it is also kills mildew and helps prevent mold growth.
